Velvet reads a brand from the work it has already made: its colour, type, components, motion, imagery and voice. It turns that into a living standard, and puts it in front of every model and design tool the team already uses, so pages, films and visuals come out looking like the brand, not like AI.

Gautham Nekkanti
Co-founder · Zurich
Co-founded Suum Cuique Labs as CTO and co-created Hashmasks, one of the defining NFT art projects, with a twelve-person team he hired and led. Before that he was a software engineer at Amazon and wrote core contracts for Melon Protocol. He trained in filmmaking at NYU Tisch and has spent years working with artists, designers and filmmakers.
Sri Kailash Gandebathula
Co-founder · Bengaluru
Nine years building infrastructure at Booking.com, AWS and Intuit: personal-data systems at eleven thousand requests a second, monitoring and tracing at twenty thousand, and the APIs behind agentic products. He has also built two consumer apps end to end.
We have been friends since high school, and started Velvet in September 2026.
